The Cellar Statistics Owner/ Operator Ron Prinz Location SoHo Status Open Hours of Operation M-TH 6:00PM - 1:00AM F-S 1:00PM - 2:00AM S 6:00PM - 11:00PM Despite the name and first appearances, The Cellar is a proper, upscale wine bar. Simple grey floors and arched walls are designed to give the impression that one is actually in an old wine cellar. Large wine cask tables with glass tops, and stools that match nicely take up the majority of the space. Wall length wooden wine shelves filled with numerous varieties of wine cover the two side walls. A light oaken bar is surrounded by several matching chairs. The entire wall behind the bar is a lighted glass cooler of various whites and roses, the reds stored on glass shelves to the side of the cooler.
